Compliance

Built to keep everyone protected.

A new category needs new guardrails. Here's how we hold the line.

No VCPR established

Paw Reassure consults are explicitly educational. We do not facilitate diagnosis or prescribing. Every response carries a disclaimer that pet parents should continue care with their primary veterinarian.

Auto-attached disclaimers

Every written response, text, and email leaves the platform with the appropriate disclaimer attached — both an aggressive legal version and a warm patient-friendly version.

Nationwide, state-by-state

We operate nationwide, rolling out state-by-state with regulatory counsel in each jurisdiction. Vets practice within their licensed states only.

AI is never the practitioner

AI assists with intake summarization and discussion-point drafting. A licensed vet always reviews, edits, and approves before anything reaches the pet parent.

Important: Paw Reassure is not a substitute for in-person veterinary care, emergency medicine, or your primary veterinarian. If your pet is in distress, contact your local emergency veterinary clinic immediately.
