Sample personal-network intro email
Send to friends, family, and the people who already text you pet questions. Paw Reassure is for the consults you take outside your day job — not for following up with your own patients.
Hi {{FriendOrContactName}},
I wanted to share something I've started doing on the side. You know how people are always asking me — at family dinners, at the dog park, in the group chat — "we just got back from the vet and I'm still confused, what would you do?"
I've decided to make that easier. Through a platform called Paw Reassure, I now take on a small number of independent reassurance and second-opinion consults. If you (or someone you know) ever leaves a vet appointment feeling overwhelmed, unsure about a diagnosis, or just wanting a second set of eyes from a vet who isn't the one who saw your pet — I'm here for that.
You upload the visit notes, lab results, or just write out what's worrying you. Within 24–48 hours I send back a clear written summary (by text or email) in plain language: what it likely means, what questions to bring back to your own vet, and what I'd personally be watching for.
I'm not your pet's treating vet and I'm not trying to replace them — think of me as the vet friend on the other end of the phone.
If that ever sounds useful, my intake link is here: {{YourIntakeLink}}
And please feel free to forward this to anyone you think it might help.
Warmly,
Dr. {{YourFirstName}}Get the full kit when you join
