Our support doesn't end when the hardest day is over. Paw Passage veterinarians follow up in the days and weeks after, because grief doesn't run on a schedule, and neither does our care.
What Paw Passage is not
Paw Passage veterinarians provide education, quality-of-life guidance, and emotional support — not a diagnosis, a prescription, or a recommendation to euthanize. Your own veterinarian remains the one who knows your pet's medical history and makes the medical decisions. We're here to help you understand, process, and feel supported alongside that relationship — never to replace it.

Every response you receive from a Paw Passage veterinarian is reviewed before it reaches you, checked to make sure it stays supportive and compassionate, and appropriately within the bounds of guidance rather than a new diagnosis or medical directive.
